Why does my app not download?

Hi

I made my app called Amusement Resource Connection, downloaded it while i was home in California and it worked fine.

 

I traveled to Florida the app stopped working, so I deleted it from my phone and reinstalled it.... the app will not install Can you help?

    Yes my app is doing the same thing, started yesterday.  It would not open just flashes, so deleted, tried to re-install and it wouldn't install, i have tried again this morning and it still won't install, Has there been an update to the back end that has caused some issues?  Any help gratefully received.

    are you guys using IOs device ? i had problems on iphone 5s and 6 and iPad air (android ok) . They responded saying they had an issue that was fixed, however I had to let them know that this was incorrect.

    I'm having the same issue.  Yesterday morning I started having issues with getting the app to open, and my users are having the same problem.  I deleted the app from my phone and tried to re-install it, which has proven unsuccessful.

    I haven't heard back from support either, so I'm hoping they get the bug fixed soon!

    Yes it seems like we are all having the same problems, over the weekend, the testing part of the app isn't working, mine is an iPhone 5s and re-install okay yesterday, but looked odd, tried re-installing today and it errors

    I have 3 apps and none are opening deleted one and it wont instsll now done it on a 5s,6 and ipad air

    I would rather have my app not re-install. My completed app quit working, so when i re-installed (simply to overwrite and see if that would work) it downloaded an entirely different app that I did not buildl in Russian... Hopefully we all get an answer to this soon!

    The same thing happened to me, Kkolb.  Instead of my app I now have one in Russian.  I also contacted customer support and they have not responded.

    Trying to test out my app but I'm having trouble downloading it. Also tried to install again and again but it just states "Unable to Download App" each time. I have an iPhone 5s.

    Hello everybody.

    When I want to "download Build" Application, it send me to an error page :

    Not Found

    The requested URL /builds2/01117/1117274/apps/CoursDeMathsFacile.zip was not found on this server.

    Anything to help me to get my application?
