Can't watch video that's uploaded with external server on iOS

I can't watch video that's uploaded with external server in video list menu on iOS but I can watch it on Andriod why?

  Provide name of the app and detailed description of a problem.

  If your having trouble with a widget, please specify which one it is.
  The type of device on which the problem is happening?
  Android or iPhone and the OS version number?
  Also make sure you include error messages and screenshots if your able to capture them.
