Locust, web apps (Html5) and android apps can be published for free in our app store (you still need map API key for android).

otherwise i can't know how you can outsmart apple in not paying them for apple dev account.

Sorry, I'm still a little confused.  The material that we want seen in the app has already been created through ibuild.  So is there a way that it can be seen on our iPad without the apple dev account?  Thank you for your patience and expertise.

Can I ask about only developing a web app? I can't seem to find that option anywhere. Same question as the above user, I'm not trying to get a round the system. It would be fine to just be a web app. And I believe there is an option to download it to the home screen of a device also? It is literally just for my and one employee's personal use. I tried creating two apps so far, and it seemed to default as "native" How do I do an html5 app only? Please help

Hi, You need start to create native iPhone/Android app firstly. Once it will be finished, please, refer to the Publish page of your app on our site and find QR code with Web preview of your app under "Promote Your App" text message.
