Do I need to publish my app in AppStore to make GPS Notifications to work??

I created my free app and I configured different point of interest in the Notifications Tab, but seems not to be working. I configured to send the notifications when I am located 1 mile from the POI, but nothing happens.

Am I doing something wrong??

Do I need to publish my app in AppStore to make GPS Notifications to work??

  You need to create new build for your app in order to make GPS notifications functionality work.
