Push notifications app using iBuildApp

Can i develop a push notifications app using iBuildApp?

Dear Team,

I want to create a simple mobile app installing which it should send flash message to the users who installs the app. We update the alert information in a database sitting on a cloud. Requesting you to update me the process in iBuild app.
