Can i use a mini mac with OS 10.7, Xcode 4.2 and SDK 5.0 ?

I ask this because before i sign up at Apple for 99 dollars, they say this:

You must have an Intel-based Mac running OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion or later to develop and distribute iOS apps and Mac apps.

But i dont. I do have the application uploader 2.5.1 but not the requirements they state above. Is this a problem? Or is it not a problem because the apps are made in ibuilapp.com and NOT on my mini mac?

I have OS10.7.5 with Xcode 4.2 and SDK 5.0.

Please help else i have to buy a newer mac because the mini mac i have now is not good enough for os 10.8.

  this won't be a problem. use the latest Application Loader version to submit your iOS apps on Apple Store.

  Bump OS X Yosemite does not recognise my app downloaded to my Mac mini. Also the application loader won't allow it to upload Can you at least update it to current OS X specs please?
