Guaranteed money back and fees

if i publish my app and get charged a fee of 99$ + a 25$ from apple and andriod and cancel my payment within 15 days will all the money and fees be returned as guaranteed?

i am thinking of publishing my app to the app store and android store. If i do and pay the 99$ fee for apple and a 25$ fee from android and may think of canceling the processes within 15 days, will all my money be returned to my bank account with all of the fees i payed as guaranteed

  Hello,

  If you cancel the account with our service within 15 days, you will be refunded the fees you've made to iBuildApp. However, as we are not affiliated with Google or Apple, the fees you've paid to activate your developer accounts cannot be waived by us. We recommend reading the terms of use of Google Play and Apple iOS Developer License to see if your fees can be refunded.
