Do I have to publish to iTunes/Apple Store?

II want to develop an app for a small local business, and the only users will be locals who frequent the business - probably less than 300 people if I had to guess.  I want the app to be available for free download.  So once its finished, does this have to be put up on iTunes or the Apple Store or Google Play?  Or is there a way to just publish it and direct people to go and download it from iBuildApp (via a website/facebook link).   Or are we stuck with publishing and waiting for the 3-4 week approval?  Thanks in advance.

  Hello Denise,

  To add to that, you don't have to publish your app to the App Store or Google Play. Your app will be available on iBuildApp's app store and a mobile version (i.e. access your app through your device's web browser) is also available.
