Do I need to pay for a plan before I can download my ipa file?

I have an updated distribution certificate and provisioning profile and I used to be able to upload it and then download the build but now when I click on Do it myself it wants me to pay for an upgrade? Do I need to pay for plan before I can get my updated build? The first screen shot shows what happens when I click on Publish to iTunes from my dashboard and the second screenshot shows what happens when I click on it from within the app. I cannot do it for myself anymore but need to pay for a plan???

  hello,

  you need to upgrade payment plan for your app in order to build it on our site and then publish on Apple Store or Google Play.

  If I join Ibuildapp and make some apps and then after a few months or a year I can not afford to continue paying,what will happen to my already created apps in the App stores etc.?

  Plus if I purchased a while label option, will that option still be there?

  Will the apps still work?

  Hello, Harib.

  Once payment plan for your app(s) expire, our ads will appear in the app on mobile device and your app dashboard will be locked.
  But apps will be running on our site, so you will be able renew payment plan later to get access to your app.
