Can you make a "Make a Payment" Button?

We are setting up this app for an HOA and would like to give the community an option to pay their HOA dues on line and by this APP. How would we do this?

  You can try to set up PayPal button in HTML based page.
  
  Add PayPal button image into WYSIWYG editor and link this image to your PayPal checkout.
