- please fill out all pages accurately and completely. How do i solve this problem?

If i try to publish i get the message that a new button still has to be filled in. i don't know how to solve this one. I thought i had everything filled in.

how do i solve this problem plz let me know. i constantly get

  i had to start over with a new app to get it to work... had the same issue. no resolution.
