HTML5/JS app page sharing

I have created a HTML5/JS page in my app and i wanted to put a like/share button on the bottom of the text. any ideas to how this can be done?

I was thinking I would put a facebook like/share button so you need a URL link for this, any ideas where that comes from too and if its possible?
