RSS feed no image showed

dear experts, I am trying to use RSS feed in my mobile apps, but why it doesn't show with featured image? Can anyone enlighten me? Is it my configuration problem, wordpress side issue or iBuildApp doesn't support this?

  I am having the same issue but instead of grabbing the featured image it takes my "pin it" button which is worse than no image at all.  I have a few requests in with screen shots from 2 devices and have not heard back.

  Please start a support ticket with further screenshots and a description of how you stumbled into the issue. Any information you provide could expedite a fix to this problem.

  thanks, but i have done that a few times. both via email and support ticket. at this point, I have trashed the app and started over --same problem occurs, but will send new ticket when app is ready to troubleshoot. nothing seems to want to "stick." very frustrating.
