App does not load in browser

Hi

When I try to access my app through my browser, it does not load.  It loads part of the emulator but nothing else (See attachment).  

This happens on this app only - all my other apps load fine.  I have tried two different machines and two different networks and three different browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox) and get the same result.

 

Please help.

  To troubleshoot this issue, could you elaborate what changes were made to your app prior to this issue?
