splash screen error
for a week now i have been having a problem with the splash screen with it coming up with a error , i contact support get told fixed in 1 to 2 days and ill get a email once fixed , 3 days and nothing i contact them and get told another 1 to 2 days and ill get a email , 3 days goes by and nothing once again contact support again and get told same thing and then when i say ive paid for this app and yet to use it and it is costing me business and i keep getting told the same thing the chat session gets closed
does anyone at ibuild app know of customer service ,
ill be contacting paypal tonight for a full refund and reporting ibuild app
