The ad said Fee App - I spent days getting mine right and then went to publish and bam!!! you need to pay what a con!!!!!

Also noticed the subscription fee has gone up considerably, was $9.99 and is now over $23 a month. And for what?
I cant even edit my app, pictures missing (this issue was brought up ages ago and told it was fixed and it would not happen again ---SORRY?). Nothing has changed (since I reported the problem back in september) with this poorly supported product.
I was so impressed at first but then the glitches started to set in.
My app is now published on Google and iTunes as I went with appmakr.com. Admittedly there program does not appear to be as good as iBuildapp, but at least they support and respond quickly and yes,,, IT WORKS!
You have lost a customer, shame on you

Sorry for any inconveniences it might have caused.
I've just personally tested your app and this is what I got:
1) I've change the data of one of the HTML5 features in CriJobs app and our system successfully saved all the changes (please refer to the screenshot 1). Please do not worry, I've deleted all the changes;
2) Please note that everytime you launch an app on any device, it automatically downloads new data from our server. Having said that, you need to close the app and then open it again in order to see applied changes;
3) I've also added a test item under Exec Protection category and it is displayed as it should (please refer to the screenshot 2). And if you click on the Exec Protection button on the phone screen it would get you to this category (please refer to the screenshot 3);
4) The latency may occur because of the Internet connection. From our side everything is functioning well. Please check the Internet connection you are using;

Hi again,
Right now, I am so glad I have not invested in this. It is so very buggy, yesterday I spent hours on another App (CriJobs) and find that any work I do after saving vanishes, that is to say upon editing and going back to the work, it has disappeared again (except the subject line). You have here, (prima facia) what appears to be an excellent app but the time spent and wasted because of the bugs does not inspire confidence.
Often when adding items and saving, then reviewing only to find there’s nothing in the tab. Not only have I promoted your product through my social channels, I have asked people to test it and provide me with feedback. I am concerned that when they do eventually download my app and find the same issues it would not do my reputation any favours.
Yesterday, in my job categories button (CriJobs), I was able to add categories fine and indeed photos, but could I add items? No. I added text and pictures but nothing appeared in items. It seems today that it works to a small degree, they are there but when I need to edit, there is nothing in the Visual editor.
There is also a lot of latency when links are clicked, why is this?
Much of the issues tend to revolve around any plugin that involves the visual editor.
I am using Google Chrome.

I’ve entered all my details including my PayPal Merchant ID (I have also set up express checkout) so what is the issue here.
Given that I do like the concept of this product, I will stick with it for a short while before moving on to another provider. I will however, be removing any social posts regarding iBuildApp as I will not endorse something that has so many issues and cause my reputation to be diminished.

Hi there,
The new price hasn't gone up, the Basic plan has been merged as part of the Free plan. You still get 100 downloads for the Android platform using the "Test-my-App" feature and can freely access your iOS app through our iBuildApp marketplace app.
As for the support aspect, some of the representatives you've spoken to are directly from the engineering team. If you'd like any clarification, you can always ask via the same ticket. Especially when you experience glitches with our service.
In either case, it's a shame to have you leave our service. Best of luck to your appbuilding endeavors.

Please specify where you've been provided that text. All of our promotional emails specify "Free App Building". App publishing on the other hand costs us to host your app for every download and usage that your app gets. We've set up pricing plans in order to compensate for those costs and still provide you other benefits for the service we provide.
